Is your practice accessible?
Yes, we have wheelchair access at the rear of the building for patients who need assistance. We are committed to making sure everyone can access our services comfortably.
Can you help nervous patients?
Absolutely. We understand that many patients feel anxious about dental visits. Our team is known for its compassionate and patient-centred approach, taking the time to educate and reassure patients, especially those who are nervous. We create a calm and relaxing environment where patients feel supported throughout their treatment.
Where is your practice located?
We are based in the beautiful town of Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, in a Grade II listed building. Located near the heart of the town, we are easy to find, just a short walk from the town centre parade. Our practice is also a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the train station. Find us here. Can you help with treatments for children?
Yes, we offer a full range of general dentistry services for children, from regular check-ups to treatments as well as childrens braces with our orthodontic team that ensure their long-term oral health. Our team is experienced in working with young patients and creating a positive experience at the dentist. All the family are welcome for treatment at The Grove Practice in Leamington Spa.
Do you provide teeth straightening for children?
Yes, we provide childrens braces or clear alginers. We have a specialist orthodontist and dentists with special interests in orthodontics. Private treatment may be helpful if your child is on a long waiting list for treatment or doesn't meet NHS criteria for treatment.
How can I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is easy. You can call us directly on 01926 423563 or request an appointment online to schedule your visit. If you're a new patient, we will also guide you through any necessary steps to get started.
What teeth straightening options do you offer?
We offer a range of teeth straightening treatments to suit different needs. As well as being a Gold Invisalign Provider, our team also offers fixed braces and clear aligners. Each option is tailored to your specific dental needs and goals, providing flexibility in achieving a straighter smile.
Can I get braces if I’m an adult?
Yes! It's never too late to straighten your teeth. We offer options like Invisalign, fixed braces and Inman aligners that are great for adults looking for a straighter smile.
Can I preview my new smile before starting treatment?
Yes, using advanced technology, we create a 3D visual representation of the results, so you can see how your smile will look. This helps ensure that the treatment plan is aligned with your expectations, giving you confidence in the process from the start.
How do I know which teeth straightening option is right for me?
The best way to determine which treatment is right for you is through a free consultation with one of our experienced dentists. We'll assess your teeth, discuss your goals, and recommend the most suitable treatment for your lifestyle and dental needs.
What is the cost of teeth straightening treatments?
The cost of teeth straightening depends on the treatment you choose and the complexity of your case. We offer flexible finance options to make private dental care more accessible, and we'll provide a clear breakdown of costs during your consultation.
What is the dental implant procedure like?
The dental implant procedure typically involves three main stages: Stage 1 involves placing the implant into the bone, usually under local anaesthetic. Stage 2 occurs after a few months once the implant has fused with the bone (osseointegration) and involves a simple procedure to uncover the implant. Stage 3 is when your new crown, bridge or implant-supported denture is fitted. The process can take several months, but our team will guide you through each step to ensure comfort and success.
What are dental implants, and how do they work?
Dental implants are a permanent solution for replacing missing teeth. The process involves placing a titanium post into the bone, which acts as a root for a new crown. This provides a secure, natural-looking result. We use advanced technology, such as 3D CBCT scans, to ensure precise placement and optimal outcomes. Remember, as specialist periodontists, we always consider saving natural teeth first before recommending implants.
Will dental implants be painful?
The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic, so you should not feel pain during the surgery. Some discomfort, swelling, or bruising may occur after the surgery, but this can be managed with over-the-counter pain medication. Your dentist will provide specific aftercare instructions to promote healing and comfort.
How long do dental implants last?
Success rates of implants can be as high as 95-97% and with excellent maintenance and good oral hygiene, they can last for at least 10-15 years or longer. By maintaining good oral hygiene and attending regular check-ups and hygiene visits with us in Warwickshire, you can ensure the longevity and success of your implants. Like natural teeth, implants need to be well looked after to provide a long-lasting solution.
Am I a suitable candidate for dental implants?
Dental implants are a great option for many patients who are missing one or more teeth, but the best way to determine if they’re right for you is to schedule a free consultation. Our team will assess your oral health, bone density and overall condition to create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.
